Hi, I'm Doug, a senior frontend engineer based in Lincoln, NE. For the last 6+ years I've led frontend development for companycam.com, a B2B SaaS marketing site for the construction industry, owning everything from the component system and CMS content modeling to animation work and handoff training for the marketing team.
Before that, I worked as a sole frontend developer at Hudl, with earlier roles at an ad agency and a SaaS company that builds websites for non-profits. Across all of it, I've cared most about the same thing: building stable, scalable, and performant systems while prioritizing user experience.
